Very easy and quick to make.
Just slice up your favorite veggies. I love to use colored peppers, onions, tomato’s, avocado and in this sandwich I used spinach. Again, you can choose and pick which greens and/or veggies to use. A whole grain or flaxseed type of bread will work just fine. Don’t forget your fresh Wild-Sockeye Smoked Salmon from your favorite local market. Use only 3-4 slices of the packaging.
