You will need:
-Sliced Red Onions
– Sliced or finely chopped garlic
-Colored bell peppers
-White Mushrooms or Portabella
-2 whole tomato’s (thickly sliced)
-Ground Pepper
-Your favorite Green Salad (Romain, Kale, Spinach, etc…)
– Half avocado, thinly sliced
– 2 Cans of Sardine’s
Start by Sautéing RED ONIONS, sliced PEPPERS and minced or chopped GARLIC together, then as your onions get halfway cooked begin dumping your WHITE MUSHROOMS or PORTABELLA MUSHROOMS. Stir and simmer for about 6-8 minutes. Once you notice mushrooms almost cooked, dump in 2 FULL SLICED TOMATO’S (thickly sliced and add some GROUND PEPPER to enrich its flavor.
In a plate spread your favorite GREENS, it be KALE, SPINACH or PARSLEY.
Spread the cooked veggies on top of your greens and add fresh sliced AVOCADO.
Open up your favorite SARDINE can, drain any oil or water in it and place it on the side of your salad.
