Angie’s Berry Good Smoothie

You will need: (for 1 serving)

-3 Strawberries cut clean and sliced

-6-8 Blackberries

-Soymilk or Almond Milk

– 1 tablespoon of honey

SIMPLY gather all ingredients into your favorite blender. I use a cup blender since it’s simple and I can also take it to go. ONLY 8 ounces of your favorite milk substitude and some ice cubes. BLEND AND ENJOY

-Make sure your fruits are washed and rinsed thoroughly.

I DARE YOU TO TRY POURING I RAW EGG WHITE AS A PROTEIN INGREDIENT EQUIVALENT TO 100 GRAMS (CONTAINING 11g OF PROTEIN) MMmmmm..!!

This food is very low in Saturated Fat and Cholesterol. It is also a very good source of Protein, Riboflavin and Selenium and it aids with weight loss because of it’s protein.

DON’T YOU WORRY!!! THE RAW EGG WILL NOT KILL YOU OR GIVE YOU ANY KIND OF DISEASE!! IT WILL INSTEAD MAKE YOU STRONGER AND HEALTHIER 🙂
