Detox and Alkalize your body

Do you ever think for a moment that the most powerful ingredients to help you achieve weight loss, improve your mood and give you energy may actually be hiding in the back of your pantry or in your refrigerator, and in many cases you don’t even have to spend a fortune to detox your body and feel good. Today, I will share with you a very simple recipe to help you alkalize your acidity levels in your body. But you must avoid eating acidic foods such as grains, sugars, dairy, processed foods, sodas and fruit juices. This is a very simple guide to help you clean your body and become healthier. Take every morning for (2) weeks early morning before breakfast:

8 oz. filtered water (very important that you use filtered)

1 tbsp. Apple Cider

1/2 organic lemon

1 tbsp. honey

Use warm water for best results. Do not use hot water from the faucet. Either boil water in a pot or use a tea pot warmer. It is also important that you do not brush your teeth and/or have breakfast before consuming this. Mix all ingredients in a glass and sip away. Please note* this is not just a quick fix to cleanse your body and immediately go back to your habitual patterns of eating what ever your want. This is a fix to help you become more conscious of the foods that are making you sick.

Some foods low in acidic levels may include eggs, soy beans, tofu, raw honey, unsweetened raw yogurt from kefir processing, most fruits, herbs and spices excluding salt, whole grains such as amaranth, flax, millet and quinoa, and of course herbal teas.
