I just finished preparing food for the week.  This can last me upto one week and a half. I love using the berries for smoothies combined with 4ounces of lowfat yogurt and 4ounces of water.  You can get more ideas by reading my quick and healthy meal tips.

dairy, lowfat yogurt, chicken, fish, broccoli, carrots, cucumbers, eggs, cheese, ginger, red onions, peppers, tomato’s, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, Cherries, celery, zucchini, yellow squash, avocado’s, potato’s, kiwi, apples, pears, grapefruit, nuts, asparagus, greens, tea, and passion to be healthy!!

Great before a workout or on the go snack!! It will bump up your energy level and give you a good shot of Vitamin C, protein and essential fat (good fat).

Prep time (2-5 minutes)

-Simply peel and slice up a Kiwi (if it’s to go snack take full kiwi with you and carry a small cutting knife to peel and slice) whether it’s in your car or break room at your job. (use sm. snack zip lock bags)

-Pack it with a hand full of mixed nuts and you got yourself a great quick snack!!
