Angie’s Berry Good Smoothie

You will need: (for 1 serving)

-3 Strawberries cut clean and sliced

-6-8 Blackberries

-Soymilk or Almond Milk

– 1 tablespoon of honey

SIMPLY gather all ingredients into your favorite blender. I use a cup blender since it’s simple and I can also take it to go. ONLY 8 ounces of your favorite milk substitude and some ice cubes. BLEND AND ENJOY

-Make sure your fruits are washed and rinsed thoroughly.

I DARE YOU TO TRY POURING I RAW EGG WHITE AS A PROTEIN INGREDIENT EQUIVALENT TO 100 GRAMS (CONTAINING 11g OF PROTEIN) MMmmmm..!!

This food is very low in Saturated Fat and Cholesterol. It is also a very good source of Protein, Riboflavin and Selenium and it aids with weight loss because of it’s protein.

DON’T YOU WORRY!!! THE RAW EGG WILL NOT KILL YOU OR GIVE YOU ANY KIND OF DISEASE!! IT WILL INSTEAD MAKE YOU STRONGER AND HEALTHIER 🙂

Quick Greens and veggies Salad with Sardines

You will need:

-Sliced Red Onions

– Sliced or finely chopped garlic

-Colored bell peppers

-White Mushrooms or Portabella

-2 whole tomato’s (thickly sliced)

-Ground Pepper

-Your favorite Green Salad (Romain, Kale, Spinach, etc…)

– Half avocado, thinly sliced

– 2 Cans of Sardine’s

Start by Sautéing RED ONIONS, sliced PEPPERS and minced or chopped GARLIC together, then as your onions get halfway cooked begin dumping your WHITE MUSHROOMS or PORTABELLA MUSHROOMS. Stir and simmer for about 6-8 minutes. Once you notice mushrooms almost cooked, dump in 2 FULL SLICED TOMATO’S (thickly sliced and add some GROUND PEPPER to enrich its flavor.

In a plate spread your favorite GREENS, it be KALE, SPINACH or PARSLEY.

Spread the cooked veggies on top of your greens and add fresh sliced AVOCADO.

Open up your favorite SARDINE can, drain any oil or water in it and place it on the side of your salad.

NOTE: SERVES 2 -OR -2 PORTIONS FOR 1 PERSON

Dairy Free Nova Lox Sandwich

Very easy and quick to make.

Just slice up your favorite veggies. I love to use colored peppers, onions, tomato’s, avocado and in this sandwich I used spinach.  Again, you can choose and pick which greens and/or veggies to use. A whole grain or flaxseed type of bread will work just fine.  Don’t forget your fresh Wild-Sockeye Smoked Salmon from your favorite local market. Use only 3-4 slices of the packaging.

If you and your spouse follow different diets as where one is pescetarian/vegeterian and the other likes to eat some meats like chicken and meat, here is an example how you can switch it up by also baking chicken on a different rack of the oven. Align them separately and away from each other.

Cook Chicken under same temperature of 420 but longer, when Salmon is ready after 28 minutes- bring the chicken out and turn them so the bottom also has a chance to cook. Finish cooking Chicken for an extra 15 minutes.

The Veggies will go aside in a different pan or on a counter-top conventional oven while fish cooks on the bigger oven. Cook only for 18 minutes. Dash a bit of Olive oil, garlic powder, ground pepper, and sea salt.

I found a small container of Chickpea in the groceries store all prepared with cilantro, black beans, and tomatoes.  I rinsed and washed it in a mesh strainer preferably, to wash away the acid juice that preserves the ingredients, then I sliced up some bigger chunks of tomato’s and sliced up red onions.  You can find canned chickpeas and follow the same procedure and ingredients. Or… You can cook your own chickpeas, just follow instructions on the bag.

Cut Avocados into 2 halves and use one half to share among 2 persons.
