This week’s Yoga at the Park was a total success.  Everyone enjoyed being outside watching the extended beautiful sunset. It was very special to me since it was mostly friends and family I hadn’t seen for a very long time. Next week, I’m expecting everyone to invite a friend or two and help me grow my offerings to our community.  The class is only $5 and we will practice for 75 minutes. Everyone will always leave with a sense of well-being and a relaxed mind to get them through the entire week. What are you waiting for? Come and visit us at:

Yoga meets Anxiety at the Airport

A Life Lesson

My recent trip to Miami was quite an interesting experience. My boyfriend suggested I make the trip to visit my family and friends, since he would be in California for a reunion with his cousins. I felt bad because I had just recently started teaching yoga at a local gym in NJ and I did not want to start missing work. However, it meant a lot for me to be able to spend the holidays with my mother and family. After all, what better way to start the new year than in the company of family and friends. Yoga at Fitness Factory both in Edgewater and Palisades Park

I am pleased to announce a new addition into my teaching schedule. I will be teaching Vinyasa Flow Yoga three times per week for Fitness Factory. My Schedule is as follows:

  • Sundays: Noon at Palisades Park
  • Mondays: 11:00 a.m. Edgewater
  • Tuesdays: 10:30 a.m. Edgewater
