Check out what I am doing while I recover from my fracture. I have learned that I can share my experience with anyone who needs to wine down, release stress and strengthen their body in a gentle way. So, please feel free to use this video for yourself at any level, no matter if you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner of Yoga. This is great for anybody, simple enough yet, great in so many ways!…Hope you enjoy just as much as I got to enjoy this! Please share any thoughts if you get to practice at home.
Namaste,
Angie

Back to Basics for a Healthy Back

Many of us suffer from back pain and limited range of motion of the spine. This is partly due to the spines lack of flexibility and own rigidness. Yoga at the Park Monday 3/17 6:00 p.m.

This week’s Yoga at the Park was a total success. Everyone enjoyed being outside watching the extended beautiful sunset. It was very special to me since it was mostly friends and family I hadn’t seen for a very long time. Next week, I’m expecting everyone to invite a friend or two and help me grow my offerings to our community. The class is only $5 and we will practice for 75 minutes. Everyone will always leave with a sense of well-being and a relaxed mind to get them through the entire week. What are you waiting for? Come and visit us at:
